If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must not book onto or participate in the event.
1. Booking Acceptance
By booking onto an event, you agree that:
-
You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
-
You have read and understood the basic event rules stated on the Gangsta City Airsoft website.
-
You agree to follow all site rules, safety rules, game rules, and marshal instructions.
-
You understand that airsoft is a physical activity with inherent risks.
-
You are responsible for making sure you are fit and able to take part safely.
-
You understand that failure to follow the rules may result in removal from the event without refund.
Gangsta City Airsoft reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions, event rules, and site rules at any time. The latest version shown on the website will apply.
2. Participation and Risk Acknowledgement
Airsoft is a physical activity that may involve running, crawling, climbing stairs, moving through buildings, uneven ground, low-light areas, confined spaces, loud noises, pyrotechnics, close-quarter scenarios, and contact with BB projectiles.
By taking part, you accept that airsoft carries an inherent risk of injury to yourself and others if the activity is not undertaken safely and in accordance with the rules.
You confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to take part in the event.
If you have any medical condition, injury, allergy, disability, medication requirement, or any other issue that may affect your ability to participate safely, you must inform the appointed first aider or a member of event staff before taking part.
You take part voluntarily and remain responsible for your own conduct, equipment, and compliance with the rules.
3. Safety Briefing and Event Rules
All players must attend and listen to the safety briefing before the start of the event.
The safety briefing forms part of the event rules and must be followed at all times.
You agree to follow all instructions given by Gangsta City Airsoft staff, marshals, first aiders, safety staff, and event organisers.
Marshal decisions are final during the event.
Failure to follow the safety briefing, event rules, marshal instructions, or site rules may result in removal from the event without refund.
4. Age Restrictions, Parent/Guardian Consent and Supervision
You must meet the minimum age requirement for the event you have booked onto.
Where a participant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms & Conditions on their behalf.
Where Gangsta City Airsoft requires adult supervision for younger players, the supervising adult must remain on site and be contactable throughout the event.
Gangsta City Airsoft reserves the right to refuse participation where age requirements, supervision requirements, identification requirements, or safeguarding requirements are not met.
No refund will be given where participation is refused because a player does not meet the age, supervision, or safety requirements of the event.
5. Eye Protection, Face Protection and Hearing Protection
Suitable eye protection must be worn at all times in active game areas.
Eye protection must only be removed when instructed that it is safe to do so by a marshal or authorised member of staff.
Removing eye protection in an active game area is a serious safety breach and may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
Gangsta City Airsoft strongly advises all players to wear suitable full-face protection.
Airsoft BBs may cause injury to exposed skin, teeth, ears, face, hands, and other unprotected areas.
Gangsta City Airsoft strongly advises players to wear suitable hearing protection, especially where pyrotechnics or loud bangs may be used.
If you choose not to wear full-face protection or hearing protection where it is not mandatory, you do so at your own risk.
6. Clothing and Footwear
Suitable footwear must be worn at all times.
Trainers are not permitted.
Players must wear suitable boots or supportive outdoor footwear due to the nature of the site, which may include uneven ground, debris, obstacles, stairs, wet surfaces, mud, rubble, woodland areas, and other hazards.
Gangsta City Airsoft reserves the right to refuse participation if footwear or clothing is considered unsafe or unsuitable for the event environment.
No refund will be given where participation is refused due to unsuitable footwear or clothing.
7. Weapons, Equipment and Chronograph Testing
All players must comply with the muzzle velocity limits, joule limits, rate of fire rules, engagement distance rules, weapon class rules, magazine limits, ammunition restrictions, and equipment requirements set by Gangsta City Airsoft.
You agree to submit your weapons, equipment, magazines, gas, HPA setup, pyrotechnics, or other items for testing or inspection when requested by staff or marshals.
Random chrono checks may take place at any time during the event.
Any weapon found to be over the permitted site limit may be removed from play immediately.

Gangsta City Airsoft is not responsible for lost property, theft, accidental damage, or damage to personal equipment unless caused by circumstances for which Gangsta City Airsoft is legally responsible.
You accept responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or cost caused by your own reckless, careless, deliberate, dishonest, or rule-breaking behaviour.
