I, the undersigned, want to play 'airsoft' at events hosted by 'Gangsta City Airsoft' and freely sign this document to be given the opportunity to engage in this activity.
By participating in the sport of 'airsoft' with 'Gangsta City Airsoft', I understand and agree to the following:
The activities are physically and mentally strenuous and may require exertion to play, I am physically and mentally fit to take part in these activities. The activities pose a level of danger if not undertaken in accordance to the rules outlined by Gangsta City Airsoft.
I accept that participating in these activities creates the possibility of risk of injury to myself and others. I have read and understood the rules as presented to me by Gangsta City Airsoft. If I am deemed to be in breach of any of these rules, I may face expulsion from the event. Any event fees paid will be forfeit under these circumstances.
If I have any medical conditions which are relevant to the sport of 'airsoft', I agree to disclose these to the appointed on-site first aiders prior to my commencement in any activity.
By signing this waiver form, I confirm and agree to the following:
It is my responsibility to wear suitable eye protection at all times and may only remove this when deemed 'safe' when advised by a marshal. It is my responsibility to wear suitable hearing protection at all times, if I choose not to wear this, I do so entirely at my own risk. Gangsta City Airsoft prohibits the use of trainers at all times and that I am required to wear suitable footwear. Gangsta City Airsoft advises all players to wear suitable full face protection.
I agree to abide by the events restrictions on muzzle velocity as outlined in the rules shared by Gangsta City Airsoft and will submit my equipment for testing or inspection when required. I have taken the opportunity to read, understand and will abide by the operating instructions provided by the manufacturer for any pyrotechnic device that I use on site and have ensured this is within the rules provided by Gangsta City Airsoft.
I consent to the following requirements of Gangsta City Airsoft:
I consent and release to Gangsta City Airsoft and it's marketing teams the use of the participants image in any digital or print media for any purpose in connection to the business operation of Gangsta City Airsoft and its partners, unless I have explicitly stated otherwise in writing to gangstacityairsoftevents@gmail.com.
I consent to any medical treatment and release of information which is deemed necessary should I need first aid treatment whilst on site and hereby waive any action or claim against Gangsta City Airsoft, and its first aid responders for any medical care received or information released.
By signing this waiver I agree to the following release:
I herby waive, release and forever discharge Gangsta City Airsoft, including its employees and representatives from any claim, losses or liabilities which may arise by reason of my participation in events provided by Gangsta City Airsoft. To the extent possible by law, I hereby fully waive, release and discharge all parties not withstanding their own negligent acts or omissions or the negligent acts or omissions of others. I agree with the basic (but not limited to) game rules stated on the website and adhere with the details of the safety brief given before the start of the event.
I agree that I will not bring any action or claim against any of the parties hereby released for any reason associated with Gangsta City Airsoft.
I indemnify the parties hereby released from any and all claims made or liabilities assessed and I make this release on behalf of my heirs, executors, administrators and my self.
